- Overnight by 10:30am - $35.50 + $4.00 handling (Total $39.50)
- Overnight 3:00pm - $30.00 + $4.00 handling (Total $34.00)

Return Policy
GENERAL PRODUCT RETURNS
New, unused, re-sellable products may be returned
for credit to your account, at the original purchase price within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.
• All product returns must be suitable for resale and free of any alterations, stickers, price tags, markings, cracks, damage, smudges, box damage, etc.
• Clearance items, discontinued items, seasonal/boxed sets, discontinued packaging, special orders and hand sanitizer are final sale and are not eligible for return.
• Defective products may be returned for credit to your account, at the original purchase price within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.
EXTENSION WARRANTIES
• New, unopened, re-sellable hair may be returned for a credit to your account at the original purchase price within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.
• Claims for defective hair are processed directly through the manufacturer within 90 days of the invoice date.
• Please call Babe at 888-840-2223 and select option 3 for all defective inquiries.
• Please call Hotheads at 866-969-5159 or by email, customerservice@hotheads.com for all defective inquiries.
• All special orders are final sale and are not eligible for return/exchange.
• Cutting the hair, color depositing more than 2 levels, chemical treatments, lifting or bleaching to hair products voids all manufacturer warranties and are not eligible for
a claim.
ACCURACY
in order fulfillment is important to us and measured strongly to maintain excellence in service. If you receive damaged, defective, or improperly shipped products, please contact the Customer Care Department within 14 days of receiving your order. Customer Care will utilize photography for convenience and peace of mind for our customers to quickly resolve any shipment issues you may encounter.
SALON GUEST RETURNS (Consumer Returns)
Salon guest returns are ineligible for return, unless the item is defective and is within 90 days of invoice date. Defective items may be returned for credit to your account for the original purchase price within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.
SSG DIRECT
All SSG Direct returns are at the discretion of the salon’s return policy. If accepted by the salon, the return should fall within the 90 day policy. If a consumer receives a defective, damaged, or wrong product, the product will be replaced.
APPLIANCE WARRANTIES
• New, unused, re-sellable tools may be returned for a credit to your account for the original purchase price within ninety (90) days of the invoice date.
• Electrical professional tools that have been opened/ used may be returned along with original packaging within 14 days from invoice date for a credit to your account. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted.
• All claims for warranty or defect issues on electrical tools must follow manufacturer warranties for repair or replacement of defective product.
MANUFACTURER APPLIANCE WARRANTIES
• usmooth tools: 1 year. If the tool is retailed to a consumer, the warranty is 18 months to allow for sell through time.
• Paul Mitchell tools: Express Tools: 1-year, Neuro Tools: 2 years (2nd year of warranty through Paul Mitchell directly)
• UNITE tools: 1 year
• Moroccanoil tools: 2 years
• Wahl tools: 1 year (chipped or worn blades do not qualify for warranty replacement)
• Keratherapy tools: 1 year
• Brazilian Professional tools: Irons have a lifetime warranty, dryers 2-year, digital wand 1 year & smart screens.
• Amika tools: 1 Year
• Eleven tools: 1 year
• T3 tools: 1 Year
• GK Tools: 1 Year
SHEAR WARRANTIES/RETURNS
• Shears may be returned within 10 days of the invoice date for a credit on your account. The shears must be in new re-sellable condition and returned in original packaging. We cannot accept damaged shear returns.
