Shipping Times

Most orders are processed the same day they are placed with any exceptions shipping the following day. Shipping to most Texas markets is next-day. Outlying areas and shipments outside of Texas generally take 1-3 business days.

Return Policy

Princess accepts returns and exchanges of items within 60 days of original purchase. Returned and exchange items must be in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. All returns must be approved. Please note that 15% restocking will apply.

Princess,will not accept returns or exchanges on opened hair extensions, special order items, testers, brushes, expired products, discontinued items, discontinued brands, items with discontinued packaging, or seasonal items.

Warranties For Tools And Appliances

All warranties are based on the manufacturer’s replacement policy. Princess will replace defective professional appliances for 30 days at no charge. After 30 days, and up to one year, with the manufacturer’s approval, Princess can replace defective items for a $25 S&H fee. Princess can refer you directly to the manufacturer for further assistance.
